The supply chain of the future will be different from what we thought it was going to be just a few months ago. For many companies digital transformation projects were well underway but will only be of value if it provides what’s needed in the new supply chain norm. The new normal will see a supply chain that is resilient and agile. Traditional, siloed supply chain processes will make way to sense and respond capabilities and data driven decision making. Visibility through all tiers will be required to identify points of failure. Key risk indicators will be reviewed alongside key performance indicators. Will existing projects need a restart? What will be the top conversations in the boardroom?
