NIS2 is an EU directive adopted by the EU parliament in November 2022. All EU member states are expected to comply with NIS2 Directive by 2024.The NIS2 directive includes stricter security requirements, reporting obligations, and enforcement requirements for a broader scope of organizations. As part of the directive, crucial industries will be required to create a Supply Chain Security Policy – requiring them to Monitor Vulnerabilities and publish recommendations for those vulnerabilities.
We will explore how innovation meets compliance with NIS2 and EU Cyber Resilience Act and help your organisation get clarity around how to prioritise and implement this into your software supply chain management.
